The IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers) is an international, non-profit association of engineering professionals and the world leader in the development of standards for electronics, electrical engineering, and hardware for computing systems and networks. The IEEE publishes one third of the world’s technical literature, and has about 500,000 members in more than 160 countries around the world.
The IEEE Xplore Digital Library is the largest technical digital library in the world. During the trial access, users will be able to access and use all of the functions and content of the library:
• Over 5 million full-text documents
• 195 IEEE journals, periodicals and transactions
• More than 1,800 IEEE conference proceedings
• More than 4,600 approved and published IEEE standards

Mikro Information Handling and Distribution FZE provided Al Farabi Kazakh National University teachers and students with free test access to the IEEE Xplore digital library (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org) from October 1 to November 1, 2021
As part of the test access, IEEE teachers and students will also be able to take a series of online trainings. The trainings will provide practical tips on functionality and tools of the IEEE Xplore platform, share best practices in preparing articles, navigating the journal submission process in IEEE journals.
