The al-Farabi Library hosted the annual International Competition “The Best Experts in Forensic Science and Forensic Expertise “Crim-Ex”.
In connection with this event, the Library. Al-Farabi organized a scientific and theoretical exhibition.

The profession of a lawyer is complex and difficult, but a very interesting and prestigious profession, which you can devote your whole life to and be proud of your choice. The Faculty of Law is a regular organizer of republican and international conferences on topical issues of state and law, as well as the annual Republican Law Olympiad among students of Kazakhstan. Among the graduates of the Faculty of Law are the heads of judicial and law enforcement agencies, the prosecutor’s office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the financial police, and the Ministry of Justice.
The purpose of the exhibition: to promote legal awareness, legal culture, legal knowledge of students and readers. Acquaintance with books in the library fund.

Kazakstan Respublikasynyn kylmystyk kykygy:teoriya men praktika. The Department of Criminal Law and Procedure was established in 1969. The department trains specialists in the field of justice, prosecutors, law enforcement agencies to provide qualified legal assistance, law enforcement.Training is carried out at all levels: bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral studies. The department offers dual degree programs. Students have the opportunity to study in the criminal law trajectory as part of the Jurisprudence educational program, as well as in the field of pre-trial investigation, prosecutorial supervision and judicial activities as part of a specialized educational program.
Kriminalistika – koldanbaly zan gylymy The word “Criminology” was first used in the 21st century by the Austrian scientist Hans Gross, which means “the science that solves crimes”. The subject of criminology plays an important role in solving the problem of combating crime. Forensic science is the science of collecting evidence, evidence, research and evaluation, their use and crime prevention. Criminology is the science of the methods of committing crimes, techniques, tactics and methods of investigation. The legal basis of the criminal investigation is the criminal procedure rules.Criminology, which identifies the causes and circumstances of certain types of crimes and takes measures to prevent them, teaches how to investigate crimes, and criminology teaches how to prevent crimes.
Kazakstandagy sot medicinalyk saraptama maselelery men bolashagy Forensic medicine is a branch of medical science that studies the medical and biological issues that arise in the course of litigation. Initially, forensic medicine and criminology were a single science of detecting and investigating crimes. Later, in connection with the collection of data, the change and improvement of research methods, forensic medicine was singled out. The development of forensic medicine is directly related to the development of legal relations in society and the development of biomedical sciences.

Today, corruption continues to exist in any country of the world, regardless of its political development, including in Kazakhstan, as a social phenomenon that differs only in its scale. Corruption slows down the process of socio-economic development, the formation of a market economy, the process of attracting investments. It has a negative impact on the political and social institutions of a democratic state, and poses a serious threat to the future development of the country.One of the main priorities of the state policy of Kazakhstan is the fight against corruption. In the modern world, the fight against corruption is constantly being improved. There is no unique set of anti-corruption mechanisms in the world that will benefit all countries.
