Al-Farabi Library together with students of specialized schools of the Faculty of Pre-university Education of Kaznu organized an exhibition within the framework of the event “Azattygym, ak tanym – Zheltoksan”, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the December Events, the 30th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the exhibition:
To introduce and promote books about the December events and the independence of every student whose heart beats for the Motherland. One of the national values is, of course, a book.The character of any nation is based on five principles. The first is language, the second is religion, the third is tradition, the fourth is history, and the fifth is homeland. Values are real, they do not depend on a person, but primarily take place in human consciousness. Values can be perceived through feelings, and understood through consciousness, as a result of which the person seizes the value, acts accordingly.Our goal is to raise the younger generation in such a way that it absorbs national qualities and national spirit, and can contribute to the prosperity of the Motherland.Education through national values is of great importance for the transformation of ordinary pen into a real full-fledged personality.The December events are a unique event in the history of independent Kazakhstan. If not for the December uprising of the Kazakh youth and Kolbin’s rule continued, would we have achieved independence in 1991? This question is difficult to answer. But it is not difficult to guess that Kazakhstan, based on the national and unified state structure, will not achieve the bright successes that people admire today. Therefore, the December events can be noted as the beginning of the revival of Kazakhstan after 70 years of command and administrative system.

There are memories that make the heart beat, the blood boils, sharpens our honor, here. Umbet Nazarovich is a participant in the December events, a journalist who, as a dangerous person who deliberately distorts official government reports, was expelled from Kazakh radio. The author’s works will not leave anyone indifferent.
The book “Culture of independent Kazakhstan: chronicle documents— is a collection of documents and chronicles of the spiritual and cultural process for the period since Kazakhstan gained state independence. Legislative and regulatory acts of Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev on the culture of independent Kazakhstan, on cultural construction, decisions of the president and the government on culture are presented here.
“Independent Kazakhstan: day by day. Chronicle of Events ” in four volumes together with the publication in Russian. The book is the first information and reference publication in the 20-year history of independent Kazakhstan.
This work entitled “The idea of independence and artistic culture” consists of 9 books. Each book examines the issues of the idea of independence of each epoch.
Kazakhs have longed for freedom since ancient times. We have not achieved this independence easily. Independence is the sovereignty of the country, the freedom of the people, the freedom of consciousness. We have passed through many passes, many belts to see the white morning of liberation. This is the story. But it is the book that will help us learn this story.
The book collects the pearls of the human mind and passes them from generation to generation, just like a monument made of iron and stone. As Abai Abai said: “there is an extra science in the book, read non-stop,” we know that for every person who has intuition, the source of science and knowledge is in the book.
