According to the established tradition, the Graduate Day of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is celebrated every year on the last Saturday of May. Every year on this day, al-Farabi Kazakh National University from all over the country gathers graduates of different years. Now they are qualified specialists, real professionals in their field, including state and public figures, scientists and teachers, writers and journalists. All of them rush on this day alma mater to express their sincere gratitude to their university, teachers, who gave knowledge and a ticket to a great working life, science, creativity, to meet with fellow students, to remember student life. Due to the difficult situation in the country with regard to coronavirus, the alumni day will be held at the faculties and in the Al-Farabi Library half in the traditional, half in the online format.
For the Day of the University graduates, the library has prepared a large book exhibition with presentations, photo albums, a film about graduates, a photo exhibition, and a video wall.
The exhibition is intended for graduates of different years, library users - students and teaching staff, doctoral students, undergraduates, etc.

Exhibition results:
• Acquaintance of graduates with news and achievements of the university;
• formation of the desire of the graduates of KazNU to maintain contact with their university, strengthening the corporate culture of the university;
• strengthening the positive image of the university by popularizing the achievements of university graduates in science, literature, social and economic development of the country.
