The Council of Young Scientists of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts together with the Department of Library and Information Activities of the Chelyabinsk State Institute of Culture continues the cycle of open online lectures “Modern Library”.
We invite you to a free online lecture by Marina Viktorovna Rudakovskaya, Head of the Department of Corporate Relations of the National Library of Belarus, on the topic: “VIRTUAL READING ROOM OF THE NATIONAL LIBRARY OF BELARUS IS A SINGLE POINT OF ACCESS TO ELECTRONIC INFORMATION RESOURCES.”
The online lecture will take place on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 14.00 Minsk and Moscow time (16.00 Astana time). Lecture duration is 1.5 hours.
The lecture program includes: the experience of the National Library of Belarus (NBL) in the acquisition of the collection of licensed electronic information resources (EIR); functioning of the national consortium for the corporate use of licensed EIR; the formation of a single electronic information space through the virtual reading room (VCH) of the NBL; the possibility of representing resources generated by the libraries of Belarus in the VChZ.
To participate, you need to install the ZOOM Cloud Meetings application on your mobile device or use the ZOOM website on your desktop computer: https: zoom.us. To enter, you do not need to register on the site, just follow the link (when you first log in from a stationary PC, the application will be automatically installed) and enter the password.
The entrance to the virtual room will be open 15 minutes before the start of the lecture.
