The Lending Service is a library division that provides users with textbooks and fiction literature for use outside the library in accordance with the rules of using the Al-Farabi Library.
Main duties of the Lending Service:
- Registering new users;
- Issuing textbooks and fiction literature for 1 or 2 semesters;
- Monitoring the return deadlines of borrowed materials, preventing and resolving overdue cases;
- Regularly updating the lending collection with textbooks, educational-methodological materials, and fiction literature according to the university’s academic programs;
- Completing clearance forms for employees leaving the university and students who have finished their studies.
