In KazNU named after al-Farabi, at the Faculty of Journalism, as part of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is planned to open an educational laboratory for the national TV channel “Qazaqstan” named after Nurtileu Imangaliuly. Nurtileu Imangaliuly is a journalist and TV presenter who brought up a whole generation of Kazakhstani television by his example on the air. Nurtileu Imangaliuly devoted his entire adult life to the development of Kazakh television.He was a real professional in his field, having gone from a correspondent to the chairman of the board of the national TV channel “Qazaqstan”. His author’s programs devoted to social problems will forever remain in the memory of the people. Being a bright presenter, an intellectual interviewer, a talented and recognizable personality who attracted the audience with his unique image on the air, he made a significant contribution to the development of television journalism in independent Kazakhstan.
The solemn ceremony was attended by: Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balaeva, Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi KazNU Zhanseit Tuymebaev, well-known journalists, public and government figures, teachers and students of the Faculty of Journalism.

In connection with this event, the Library. Al-Farabi organized an information and documentary exhibition.
The purpose of the exhibition is to familiarize guests, students with books, articles by Nurtileu Imangaliuly from the library fund, as well as from the personal archive of the journalist, revealing all facets of the life and work of Nurtileu Imangaliuly as an outstanding journalist, talented TV presenter.

Brief overview of the exhibition
“Nurtileu Imangaliuly – figure of national television” The first section of the exhibition presents books on the basics of journalism and awards, letters of thanks, diplomas of Nurtileu Imangaliuly. A book dedicated to the sixtieth anniversary of Nurtileu Imangaliuly “Nurtileu” is presented, the collection includes sincere words, dedications, articles and memoirs, also from his personal archive a book photo album “Nur Tileu” is presented. As he himself said and the photographs can speak… The book “Teleonerdin tulgasy” is about him, this book contains a collection of articles by various journalists, poems, memories of colleagues and friends about Nurtileu Imangaliuly.
Nurtileu Imangaliuly – master of TV journalism The second section exhibits the works of Nurtileu Imangaliuly published in republican periodicals. These are books and periodicals “Journalist alemi”, “Koksandyk kumbiri”, “Nurtileu”, “Alka”, “Ulttyn unkhariyasy” and many others.
