Digital Economy – Modern Industrial Revolution
Within the framework of the history of mankind, 3 industrial revolutions stand out, each of which radically changed the world and determined the further vector of development of the entire planet.We can now observe the 4th revolution, within the framework of which there is a transition to fully digital production, controlled by intelligent systems in real time and constant interaction with the external environment, going beyond the boundaries of one enterprise and with the prospect of combining into a global industrial network of Things and services. Within the framework of this course, the basic principles of building a digital economy in modern society will be considered.
The purpose of the course is to form students’ basic knowledge in the field of the basics of digital transformation of society, approaches to building a digital economy both in Russia and abroad.
Target audience: 1-2 year students of all fields of training.
The course includes 4 educational topics consisting of video lectures; within each educational topic there is a block with test tasks.
Following the results of the online course, the listener will have an in-depth understanding of the importance of the digital economy and the ways of digital transformation of states and companies.
