Brief overview of the exhibition
Қазақстандық мәдениеттану ғылымы Culturology as a separate discipline began to take shape in the last quarter of the 19th century, so we attribute it to a young science that is still in its infancy. Culturology is the science of culture, as well as a philosophical doctrine, since it includes the main section of philosophy – the philosophy of culture . Culturology covers the various processes taking place in society, studies the general patterns of cultural development, the principles of its existence, as well as the relationship and interdependence of different types of culture, which differ from each other in ethno-social, political-moral, scientific-artistic-historical characteristics.

The state program “Cultural Heritage” is a cultural, economic and social capital, a structural part of human culture, the beginning of the development and formation of an ethnos, society, the human mind, a program to create and protect an important repository of historical memories. He explores the historical experience of a multi-faceted society that humanity needs in today’s conflict, creating a way to connect the foundations of ancient history with the present, showing the continuous connection of time. It informs about the historical and cultural heritage and tells not only about history, but also about the future. In April 2003, in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan, the President instructed to implement a special state program “Cultural Heritage”. The State Program “Cultural Heritage” adopted by the President is proof of the global prosperity of modern Kazakhstan.
