Constitutional and legal norms regulate the most essential, basic social relations that characterize the foundations of the constitutional system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the principles of organization and activity of state bodies and local self-government. Section 1 of the exhibition presents works defining the foundations of constitutional law and the constitutional system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the foundations of the legal status of the individual, the basic principles of the organization and activities of state power in the Republic of Kazakhstan and issues of local government in Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00ab\u049a\u04b1\u049b\u044b\u049b \u049b\u043e\u0440\u0493\u0430\u0443 \u043e\u0440\u0433\u0430\u043d\u0434\u0430\u0440\u044b\u00bb.<\/strong> An important role in the state mechanism protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the individual, society and the state is played by the activities of law enforcement agencies with their specific tasks and functions. What is the competence of law enforcement agencies and what are its goals and functions? You will find answers to these and other questions in the publications presented in this section. Section 2 presents books reflecting the main stages of the organization and activities of law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. These works define the legal status, organizational structure, tasks and functions of each specific law enforcement agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00ab\u0421\u043e\u0442 \u0436\u04af\u0439\u0435\u0441\u0456\u00bb.<\/strong> In this section of the exhibition, works were presented on issues from the great battles that concluded the truce to the modern judicial system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00ab\u041e\u049b\u044b\u0442\u0443\u0448\u044b \u2013 \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0444\u0435\u0441\u0441\u043e\u0440\u043b\u0430\u0440\u0434\u044b\u04a3 \u0435\u04a3\u0431\u0435\u043a\u0442\u0435\u0440\u0456\u00bb.<\/strong> The works of the faculty of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on jurisprudence are presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00ab\u041c\u0435\u0440\u0437\u0456\u043c\u0434\u0456 \u0431\u0430\u0441\u044b\u043b\u044b\u043c\u0434\u0430\u0440\u00bb.<\/strong> In the 4th section of the exhibition, magazines about laws and lawyers, law enforcement agencies and internal affairs bodies from the library&#8217;s collections were presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">The reading direction of the exhibition:<\/mark><\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> library users \u2013 students and teaching staff, doctoral students, undergraduates, library staff, etc.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Documents presented at the exhibition: <\/mark><\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">books, magazines.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A meeting of deputies of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, the Judicial System and Law Enforcement Agencies was held at Al-Farabi University following the results of the work of the government interdepartmental working group on improving the quality of legal education.
